  • Support interactions: messages, email threads, and attachments shared with our support and success teams.

  • Deliver and personalise dashboards, alerts, and reports.
  • Automate workflows such as reconciliation, budgeting, and audit reminders.
  • Monitor platform health, prevent fraud, and enforce security policies.
  • Provide product updates, onboarding resources, and educational content.

We keep data only for as long as it is necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@ralumo.xyz. Deletions are processed within 30 days, unless retention is mandated by law.

Our platform is designed for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take prompt action.

8. Updates to this Policy

We review this policy at least annually and whenever significant product changes occur. Material updates will be announced in-product and via email to account owners.
